Rules for joining Top 100 Best Sites

When joining Top 100 Best Sites, you must agree to the following Rules. If you are found to be violated, your account will be deleted without any notice.
- ANY site may join. Except for pornography.
- Rankings are updated in real time, and counters reset every 20 days. You must send in at least 1 visitor during these 20 days to be listed.
- Top Sites Fair banner or text link must appear on the page you claim as your 'Site URL'. You may also add our link on as many other pages within your site as you wish.
- Your 88x31 pixel mini banner which will be included in the list must be applicable to your sites content.
- You will not spam or fool people to click on your link.
- You may use Java Script pop-ups and alerts if you wish. (but no more than one)
- You must have a REAL website: voting, money making or other affiliate program links as your "Site URL" are not allowed.
- Your website must have a content: banner farms are not allowed.
